Outside

Where the evenings are spent.

A paved terrace looks straight out over the channel, with a long table under a wide umbrella for slow lunches and the sunset. Behind the house, a courtyard under the trees is strung with lights for dinner after dark.

Included

The water comes with equipment.

Being in the sea is the reason to come here, so what you need for it is already at the house. Nothing to hire in the village, nothing to carry down the hill.

  • A double kayak

Two seats, paddles and vests. The coves on either side of the house are close enough for a morning out and back.

  • A stand-up paddleboard

Best early, while the channel is still glass and before the afternoon breeze picks up.

  • Four sunbeds on a small beach

On a small beach 180 metres from the house, just before Polis Bay, and yours for the whole stay. That is enough for everyone in the house, so no one has to get up early to claim a spot.

All of it is included in the rate. There is nothing extra to pay.
