The house opens for its first season in 2027. There is no booking form and no call centre: you write, and one of us writes back, usually within a day.

    Tell us roughly when you would like to come, how many of you there are, and anything you would like to know.

  2. We reply personally

    With availability and the rate for your dates, and answers to your questions.

  3. Confirm and plan

    Once the dates are agreed, we confirm your stay and help with ferries, the drive and anything else you need.

Questions people ask

When can I stay?

From the 2027 season, the house's first. Write to us with your dates and we will tell you what is free.

How many people does the house sleep?

Up to four guests. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a second with two single beds, and one bathroom, which suits a family or two couples.

How far is the beach?

The nearest is a small beach 180 metres from the house, just before Polis Bay, where four sunbeds are kept for you for the whole stay. Polis beach itself is a short walk away too.

Do the kayak and paddleboard cost extra?

No. The double kayak, the paddleboard and the sunbeds are all included in the rate.

Do I need a car?

We recommend one. Stavros is close, but the north of Ithaca is hilly and the best bays and villages are spread out.

How do I get to Ithaca?

Most guests fly to Kefalonia and take the short ferry from Sami to Pisaetos. Our guide to north Ithaca has the details.
